One example: Under the NFHS bonus rule, qualifying common defensive fouls produce two free throws starting with the fifth team foul in a quarter. Counts reset after quarters one, two, and three; overtime extends quarter four. There is no one-and-one. Team-control fouls do not produce bonus free throws, and shooting-foul rules still apply. Learn the rule, then train the defensive response.
Built for the coach who prepares
Primarily for U.S. high school basketball coaches using NFHS rules. Youth and club coaches must check their league and tournament rules before adapting a tactic. NCAA, NBA, and FIBA rules require separate verification.
